SYSTEM OVERVIEW

Configured around the site and its operating case.

The ZESS Group Charging System separates central power conversion from vehicle-facing terminals. Dynamic allocation allows a site to direct available power around active vehicles, departure priorities and the total electrical envelope.

CAPABILITIES

What the system is designed to address.

01

Shared site capacity

Distribute available power across active charging points instead of locking capacity to every bay.

02

Operational planning

Frame charging around vehicle schedules, dwell windows and required state of charge.

03

Scalable architecture

Plan cabinet and terminal layout around the initial fleet while considering future expansion.

04

Flexible placement

Separate central equipment from the charging interface to support practical depot and hub layouts.

APPLICATIONS

Where it fits.

  • Bus depots
  • Commercial vehicle yards
  • Shared charging hubs
  • Scheduled fleet operations

PROJECT INPUTS

What we need to define.

  • Fleet size and routes
  • Arrival and departure windows
  • Required energy per vehicle
  • Site load and expansion plan
